VASEEGARA

Vaseegara is the remake of the Telugu film, Nuvvu Naaku Nachav. The film was directed by K.Selva Bharathy and featured Vijay and Sneha as hero and heroine. The film also featured Vadivelu, Nassar and Manivannan. The movie was produced by Shots N' Stills Ltd and was an average box office hit. 15 January 2003 marked the release of the movie.

STORYLINE

Bhoopathy goes to Chennai from his village in Pollachi in search of a job. He stays at his father's friend Vishwanathan's house. He arrives at Vishwanathan's house on his daughter Priya's engagement. But Priya falls in love with Bhoopathy. She express her love to Bhoopathy but he refuse as he didn't want to break his father's relationship with Vishwanathan. So he leaves to railway station to return to his village. But Vishwanathan thinking that it was his fault that made Bhoopathy to leave his house asks him to come back to his house. Vijay had no choice but to return to Vishwanathan's house. Vijay was then assigned as Priya's driver when she was leaving for her friend's marriage. On the way Priya express her love again but Vijay kept quite as he couldn't make up his mind. When they return after the marriage their love is accepted by the whole family. The story ends as their love becomes a success.
